Stainless steel filter mesh

Stainless steel wire mesh is a mesh filter material made of stainless steel wire. The main materials include SUS304, 316, 316L and other grades. It adopts plain weave, twill weave, and Dutch weave processing techniques, with a mesh count ranging from 1 to 3200 mesh. This product complies with the GB4806.9-2016 Hygienic Standard for Stainless Steel Food Containers, meeting the requirements for food-grade stainless steel mesh. It features excellent acid and alkali resistance, high tensile strength, and high-temperature resistance. In particular, the 310S grade can withstand extreme high temperatures up to 1150°C. Classified by structure, it is divided into three types: plain weave mesh, square mesh, and Dutch weave mesh, making it suitable for liquid filtration, mechanical protection, and high-precision filtration in industries such as petrochemical, food, and pharmaceutical fields.
