Copper Wire Mesh

Brass Wire Mesh is woven from copper-zinc alloy wires, available in widths ranging from 0.5 to 1 meter, with mesh counts between 10 and 100 per inch. It is primarily used for particle screening and liquid filtration. Red Copper Mesh boasts a material purity of 99.8%, offered in widths from 0.76 to 1.2 meters and mesh counts from 4 to 60 per inch.
Copper wire mesh is woven from brass, copper (red copper), or phosphor bronze in plain or twill weave. It offers excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, non-magnetic properties, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. Mesh count ranges from a few meshes to 500 mesh. Standard widths are 0.914m and 1m, with custom widths up to 6.4–8m. Widely used in industrial filtration, petrochemicals, printing, electronic electromagnetic shielding, and sound insulation engineering.
Material Types of Copper Wire Mesh:

Brass Wire Mesh: Woven from copper-zinc alloy wire. Width: 0.5–1m. Mesh count: 10–100 mesh/inch. Used for particle screening and liquid filtration.

Copper (Red Copper) Wire Mesh: Copper purity ≥99.8%. Width: 0.76–1.2m. Mesh count: 4–60 mesh/inch. Suitable for electromagnetic shielding and electron beam filtration.

Phosphor Bronze Wire Mesh: Tin content 5%–15%. Up to 400 mesh/inch. Width ≤1m. Used for porcelain printing and corrosive gas filtration.

Application Areas of Copper Wire Mesh:

Electromagnetic Shielding: Copper (red copper) wire mesh is used in shielding rooms, server rooms, equipment joints, display screens, instruments, etc., to prevent electromagnetic interference and information leakage.

Industrial Filtration: Brass wire mesh and phosphor bronze wire mesh are widely used for particle screening and gas/liquid filtration in papermaking, chemicals, ceramics, powder metallurgy, and other industries.

Heat Dissipation & Sound Insulation: Copper (red copper) wire mesh is used in electronic heat dissipation components (e.g., vapor chambers). Copper wire mesh is also used for wall sound insulation and protection against radioactive rays.
